Terms & Conditions

You must be at least eighteen years of age to use any services provided.

My services include coaching, strategic guidance, energy rebalancing, and intuitive insight sessions. All advice is provided for informational and developmental purposes only; your decision to act upon any insight given is your personal responsibility and free will.

By purchasing services from me, you agree not to hold me liable for actions you take based on those services. No guarantees are made, other than to deliver the services purchased as described.

My services are not a substitute for legal, medical, or financial advice. I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion and will issue a refund if necessary (see "Coaching Terms & Conditions" for additional details).

Additional questions or requests outside the scope of an original order may require a new service order.

Privacy Policy

I respect your privacy. All communications, including your identity, contact details, emails, and session records, are stored securely and kept confidential. Your information is never sold, shared, or disclosed without your permission—except where required by law.

Coaching Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all coaching and mentoring services provided by The Lind Group LLC to any individual or organization ("the client"). Coaching includes executive, personal, life, and business coaching, as well as mentoring or advisory sessions.

Coaching is not counseling, therapy, or psychological treatment.

The first coaching session constitutes the start of service and agreement to these terms. Payment confirms contractual engagement, especially for virtual and digital services.

Responsibility & Commitment

The Lind Group helps clients clarify goals and pursue desired outcomes. The client is solely responsible for all actions taken as a result of coaching. We are not liable for any outcomes, financial or otherwise.

Clients may be asked to complete a ‘Commitment to Coaching’ form before sessions begin.

Confidentiality

All personal and business information shared in coaching is confidential. Information will not be shared without client consent unless legally required.

Participation implies agreement to these confidentiality terms. We respect client privacy and seek written permission before disclosing a client relationship.

All records are handled in accordance with relevant data privacy laws.

Non-Solicitation & Employment Disclaimer

The Lind Group LLC does not offer recruiting, headhunting, or job placement services. Coaching engagements are solely advisory. Career transitions, employment decisions, and job applications are the client’s responsibility. We do not solicit or recruit clients for any third-party employer.

Clients are advised not to disclose proprietary employer information during sessions. We do not request, accept, or use trade secrets, internal data, or confidential corporate materials from any source.

Clarity & Feedback

Clients are encouraged to be candid and share preferences around coaching style. Feedback is welcome and can be submitted anytime via email to thelindgroupllc@gmail.com.

Coaching Procedure

Sessions can be booked up to 3 months in advance. The frequency and number of sessions will be discussed and confirmed by email. Where unspecified, coaching is provided on a session-by-session basis.

Full payment is due before or at the first session. Sessions are typically 1 hour and may take place via phone, Zoom, or in person (by mutual agreement). Clients are responsible for any travel-related costs unless otherwise agreed.

Tasks may be assigned between sessions to support progress. Support between sessions is available by email or phone at no extra charge unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed sessions without sufficient notice will not be refunded. Coaching packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Clients may cancel services at any time in writing. Any unpaid fees become immediately due. Refunds for unused sessions are at our discretion.

We may cancel or terminate sessions due to illness, emergencies, client behavior, or conflicts of interest. Clients will be notified in advance and refunded for unused time.

General Terms

All content, services, and materials are the intellectual property of The Lind Group LLC © 2012–present. No content may be redistributed or commercially exploited without written permission.

Information provided through coaching, the website, podcast, or other materials is for general purposes only. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy and are not liable for any losses or damages arising from use of this content.

We are not responsible for external links or third-party content referenced through the website or services. Every effort is made to keep digital services running smoothly, but we are not responsible for downtime or technical issues beyond our control.
